JPL-MSident 1.0 Documentation

This package will provide models and input/ouput objects for MS identifications done by common software engines like MASCOT, Phenyx or OMSSA.

Models follow more or less the one found in PepXML format.

Provide parsers for any of the main engine plus the PepXML standard and converters.
