MzXMLReIndexer

This application correctly recomputes the scan indices of mzXML files.

usage: MzXMLReIndexer <MzXML> [-h] [-i <arg>] [-o <arg>] [-q] [-v]
 -h,--help                 print this message.
 -i,--setting-file <arg>   give a property file with all input settings.
 -o,--output <arg>         set the output filename
                           
 -q,--quiet                quiet mode (verbose off)
                           by default: false.
 -v,--version              print the version info.
